As the E-Commerce Manager at To Øl you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our e-commerce platform and SoMe channels while ensuring a positive customer experience in those areas. You are a team player and are eager to push the boundaries of our e-commerce endeavors.

A day in the office includes the following...

-customer service and follow up
-managing products in webshop
-interfacing with our warehouse and logistics
-managing the production of merchandise (t-shirts, glassware, etc.)
-photography of new products
-liaise with sales team to stay updated new releases and relay trends on your side
-participating in events and festivals to build community and boost brand awareness
-building SoMe content in relation to shop activities
-creating and sending email marketing campaigns
-tracking and reporting relevant KPIs

Skills

-able to spot opportunities for growth
-loves data and values data driven decision making
-a sharp eye for detail
-experience with an e-commerce platform
-experience with photo and film editing is a nice bonus

You may currently be running an e-commerce shop like a boss or perhaps you're a Community Manager with e-commerce knowledge. We welcome applicants from different paths, but we will prioritize on those with a proven e-commerce skillset and background.
