We are looking for the Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our performance marketing efforts. We are experiencing strong demand for our software platform across the globe – and we are looking for someone who can take our performance marketing efforts to the next level. You will be responsible for engaging and converting people through our platform. Your main focus will be paid social, but you will also get broad exposure to other areas and should expect to work with the full funnel from the first appetite to converted and happy users.
Your main responsibilities will be to attract, engage and convert users through digital channels. You will collaborate with the rest of our Marketing team to deliver on this goal. As Adent is on a high-growth trajectory and mission, your role will be to accelerate the growth through cutting edge projects and innovative strategies.
The role involves
Concepts:
User needs: Understanding and distilling user needs.
Concepts: Develop concepts and messaging to address user needs.
Execution:
Campaigns: Ability to turn concepts into tangible campaigns and roadmaps of campaigns.
Conversion: Insights into e-commerce conversion – and what are the things that work when converting leads in a funnel.
An experimental approach to testing different campaigns, content, etc.
Partnering: Manage relationships with external agencies, etc. to deliver on the overall goals.
Getting things done.
Analytics:
Analytics: Understanding of analytics – and the ability to turn data into insights and actions.
Channel strategy: Omni-channel selection and optimization. Identify strategies and tactics to propel our growth and scale our business with a healthy LTV/CAC ratio.
Leadership:
Project management: Planning and leading multiple complex projects with internal and external parties.
Energy: High energy level.
