Our Marketing team is looking for a PR specialist
In order to realize our growth plans and go from good to great, we’re looking for a content- and result driven PR specialist who knows how to handle both media, ambassadors, influencers and agencies and can deliver written content for our social media- and web platforms.
You will join a Marketing business that is on the beginning of a growth journey and report directly to the VP of Marketing, in a role that entails huge room for impact as PR optimization is one of our key strategic priorities.
This role will be responsible for driving and supporting all marketing campaigns across multiple markets together with the rest of the Marketing team with the goal of significantly moving the needle on our media- and influencers relationship, driving traffic to our website and securing overall brand awareness.
You will have plenty of responsibilities:
In your role you will have the overall responsibility to make sure both the Capture One brand and products are mentioned in the best possible way in all relevant media and among all relevant ambassadors and influencers.
You are to secure press coverage, build community, direct traffic to our website and increase brand loyalty among customers by managing the strategy and developing the PR press packages to global media, influencers, partners and other stakeholder PR and communication.
You must monitor the media- and communication landscape in terms of events, partnerships or other possible opportunities that could increase our brand awareness on relevant makers.
You naturally engage with both pro- and reactively with journalists, ambassadors and influencers whenever you have news to share or requests their support for our Marketing campaign and Learning activities.
You support the Marketing- and Brand Campaigns on strategy and deliverables together with the marketing team as well as internal– and external stakeholders.
You will be the main point of contact to our US-based PR agency, keeping them up to date on our ongoing activities and briefing them on all monthly deliverables.
You love to write and have an editorial approach to all briefs and content requested by both internal and external stakeholders.
The nitty, gritty skills you'll need:
You have several years of international PR experience either from the agency- or brand side.
You have an editorial approach to your writing and now how to write both a press release and a blog post.
You know how to brief and manage an agency on deliverables and KPIs.
You are capable of organizing and participating in relevant events and speaker opportunities.
Your analytical and methodical skills are above average, and you feel comfortable dealing with numbers.
You understand consumer behavior and generating consumer insights through data analysis.
It is not a must but a benefit if you have knowledge of paid and owned marketing channels as you will work with marketing team members to optimize the impact of these campaigns.
You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
