Visual Communication Designer (maternity cover, part-time)

We are looking for a creative Visual Communication Designer to join our Communication Team in a part-time, 12-months maternity cover position latest from 1 May 2021. The Communication Team supports the 170 employees in Ultranav Denmark as well as the 4,100 employees of the entire Ultranav group.

We offer
In this position, you will have a key role in the development of our 10+ new websites for the Ultranav group. We are soon ready to go live with the first website, and you will be responsible for the successful development and implementation of the remaining websites across our business units in close cooperation with the Head of Communication.

You will also have the opportunity to be part of our employer branding project, including the definition and execution of a new LinkedIn strategy. You will be responsible for the creation of all corporate publications and materials – online and offline – including communication with suppliers.

Your main responsibilities include:
- Development and maintenance of the Ultranav group’s 10+ websites
- Creation of captivating designs to online and offline media. Materials include brochures, reports, stand material, web design and animations, etc.
- Development of new PowerPoint templates
- Definition and execution of LinkedIn strategy
- Merchandise and giveaways
- Admin and adhoc tasks

You will work closely with our Head of Communication, so we expect you to be a team player, but also self-driven. It is important that you are responsible, structured, flexible and a quick learner. You have a creative mindset and strong communication skills.

Preferably you have the following qualifications:
- Relevant work experience
- Relevant graphic education
- Proficient in CMS (we use WordPress)
- HTML, CSS basic skills
- Proficient in Adobe CC – mainly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – mainly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Google Analytics
- Familiar with basic print requirements and able to follow a design guideline
- English written and spoken (English is our corporate language)
