THE OPPORTUNITY

We are growing and now looking for a Senior Digital Designer/Specialist to join our Design team.

This position gives you the opportunity to set the direction for our digital design of Boozt.com by applying design thinking to strategies and business needs. You get the chance to take ownership of our digital brand and lead design projects for various stakeholders in the company. By joining our team you will have the possibility to grow our Commercial department. You will become our spokesperson for design thinking and work in close collaboration with developers to increase our digital brand.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Transform concepts into working visual design for a variety of outputs: web, email, and/or app
- Design on-brand assets and user interfaces that will help our customers and support marketing initiatives
- Apply design thinking and new ways of working to customer experience
- Test prototypes and wireframes to prove concepts
- Apply research and design methodologies to provide proof of concept
- Apply smart technology and design with strong usability to create value and reduce resource maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver the design of high technical quality and brand standard
- Be an advocate for good design and design thinking for business growth

YOUR PROFILE

To be successful in this role you must have a passion for visual digital design. Take the lead and be proactive in implementing design thinking and digital design is distinctive to you. Being curious, independent, and having strong technical digital skills and a business mindset is important. You are also self-driven who take responsibility and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- University degree in relevant design, digital or IT education. Preferably a Master’s degree.
- At least 4-5 years work experience (mid-senior level)
- Experience in product/user development, digital thinking, and/or any digital transformation subjects for web/eCommerce
- User behavior experience together with good interface design is a must
- Experience working with Design Systems; Figma or Sketch
Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Fluent in English since this is our corporate language.
