Job Description
The role is a highly client facing and commercial role. Encompassing client and account management, business development (on existing and new clients), strategic sparring, project leadership and project delivery. All happening through creating, supporting and facilitating strategic and creative projects and processes from start to finish.

You need to have a strong understanding of the intricacies of our clients’ business and industry. We want to be trusted advisors and be able to identify ways in which we can help the clients meet their objectives through meaningful insights and creative solutions. You will have a commercial focus on growing and developing your own client relationships through strong client management and individual business development plans.

You will be owning projects from initial concept to final delivery. Ensuring that we meet expectations across quality, time, budget and process. A project lead works collaboratively with the creative and strategic teams to deliver projects of the highest quality.

Competences
- 3+ years of experience with leading projects and teams within design, branding, communication or advertising
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Solution-oriented and detail-focused
- Thrive in collaborative and creative environments
