Do you want to be part of an international organization with more than 100 years of history? Do you want to develop and learn more about video production, project management and post production? Then you might be our new student assistant!

As our Video Content Student Assistant in the Global Campaigns and Content department, you will become part of a collaboration where the journey from idea to production and global launch comes to life. You will be based in the headquarters in Broendby, and your direct manager will be the Head of Campaign Strategy. We hope you can work 15-20 hours per week to make the most of your experience.

The department’s overall objective is to create best-in-class campaigns and content that drive brand awareness and sales growth through strong cross-functional collaboration. Each day you will interact with many departments to make our product and brand stories come to life through video. Depending on your line of study, you can exercise various competences to grow and learn in film and media, including but not limited to post-production, 3D animation, scriptwriting, project management and more.

Your tasks will include:

Produce video content using a combination of your own skills and vendor partners, which includes project management, concept development, storyboard, design guidance, budget and scriptwriting
Create and manage project timelines across various departments and vendors to complete projects on time and on budget
Facilitate input from many stakeholders in product, sales and marketing throughout the concepting and review/approve stages.
Maintain current, and develop new guidelines for different types of video content (product promotion, use and care, SOME, employer branding, etc.)
Attend and direct video shoots as available (if your studies include filming and photography, you will also have the opportunity to do so)
About you

To succeed in this role, you are curious, organized, proactive and have a positive outgoing personality. We imagine you are studying media, visual arts, film studies, cinema or similar, and now you are ready to apply your learned skills in a real-world, corporate environment. You are a creative mind paired with strong communication skills and the ability to organize projects. You are comfortable speaking and writing in English and you are hardworking.

We are a global company with offices in over 40 countries around the world, and this department is also global with colleagues all around the world. The team consists of 12 employees, and you will be working closely together with the Art Director, 3D modelers and animators, Graphic Designer, Campaign and Content Manager, and various best-in-class supporting partners.
