PACKWISE is an international company specialising in design, development and production of packaging solutions for the cosmetic/personal care, cleaning/hygiene and pharmacy industries. We are an ambitious company that addresses companies that actively want to improve their products with packaging and that wish to transition to sustainable packaging solutions.
To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a Business Administrator to support our packaging business activities both nationally and internationally. You will be working with Supply Chain Management by both supporting our CEO as well as managing a variety of projects on your own.
As indicated, this alternating role requires versatility and flexibility.
- Preferably, you have some experience with purchasing and/or sales, such as: Inquiry and quotation processing as well as customer follow-up (in collaboration with sales), order processing and follow-up from purchase to delivery at the customer side
- You have a professional approach to working with customers and know how what it means to be service minded
- You work systematically, structured and are capable of breaking down tasks
- You are solution-oriented, have a great drive and work persistently until the task is completed
- You have an international outlook and preferably experience from international work
