ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR


WHERE
Vedbæk, North Zealand, Denmark


PURPOSE
To grow and develop Sanders in Vedbæk/Copenhagen we need an Administration Coordinator to maintain and update our existing system, answer the phone and service our many landlords around Europe and our longterm tenants in Denmark. You will, together with our other departments, assist in developing and maintaining the systems and ensure that all ends meet, and deadlines are kept.

Who we are: Sanders is a high-end quality brand with built-in uniqueness. We build on the foundation of the highly successful Nordic Housing concept and two decades of experience in the rental market. In 2017 Sanders separated from Nordic Housing to focus only on short-term rentals. And in 2021, we decided to expand the short-term rental business globally and rebranded the business to Sanders.

What we do: We are here because no one else is. Or at least not any major players with the same professional and experienced all-around set-up. Sanders is the only brand in the market combining private, A-location property rentals with hotel quality service, acting on huge demand and even bigger potential.


DESCRIPTION
The Administration Coordinator will be part of a dynamic and fast-growing team. This will entail, that when we have new properties coming into the portfolio, the Administration Coordinator will make sure all information is gathered and entered correctly in the system, that all relevant departments are informed and that we will ensure a high-level service to our Homeowners/Landlords going forward. This will also entail reporting and updates, answering emails and phone calls and a close collaboration with all our teams across Europe.


MAIN TASKS
Answering the phone
Answering emails
Updating the system and help with implementation of a new system
Arrange move-in and move-out inspections.
Order service tasks.

PROFILE
You can work independently with a practical attitude
You are not afraid of changes in your agenda from one moment to the next
You are structured
You have a practical approach and understand guidelines, but are also able to improve workflows when needed
Administrative knowledge and experience in the rental industry or similar service is preferred but not a must.
