PURPOSE

Sanders is expanding the company’s short stay rental business globally. BIQ (Brand, Interior and Quality) has full control of the look and feel of the Sanders concept world wide. BIQ is responsible for furnishing, photos, listing the properties and quality controls to ensure that we live up to our mantra of “Setting the standard”. Sanders HQ & BIQ is hiring a coordinating assistant to help the department to organise and communicate information between departments and countries and keep track of interior budgets.

Who we are: Sanders is a high-end quality brand with built-in uniqueness. We build on the foundation of the highly successful Nordic Housing concept and two decades of experience in the rental market. In 2017 Sanders separated from Nordic Housing to focus exclusively on short-term rentals. And in 2021, we decided to expand the short-term rental business globally and rebranded the business to Sanders.

What we do: We are here because no one else is. Or at least not any major players with the same professional and experienced all-around set-up. Sanders is the only brand in the market combining private, prime location property rentals with a hotel quality service, acting on huge demand and even bigger potential.


DESCRIPTION

The BIQ Coordination Assistant will be part of a truly dynamic and fast-growing team. It is the responsibility of the BIQ Coordination Assistant to make sure that all relevant information has been gathered from the property owners and developers, and entered correctly in our system, when new properties are added to our portfolio. They will also make sure that the directories are updated when thos information has been gathered, in order to furnish and list properties going forward. The BIQ Coordination Assistant will also keep track of furnishing budgets, incoming offers, set up meetings with suppliers, as well as improve and implement new systems and protocols, structure all relevant information, and to have a close collaboration with all our teams across Europe.


MAIN TASKS

Collect and coordinate information from different channels in order to list our properties

Update directories and assist in implementing new systems

Budget according to standard furnishing packages and delivering information to the financial department

Make sure all deadlines in the department are met


PROFILE

You are not afraid of changes to your agenda from one moment to the next
You work in a structured way
You have a practical approach to figuring out processes and guidelines, with the ability to improve workflow
Knowledge about Monday (or similar) management system is a plus
Strong communicator and organiser
Good at implementing systems and coordinating between departments
Time and cost-efficient mindset
