Praktik hos billedkunstner Hannah Toticki, efterår 2022

Praktikken er fuldtid, fleksibelt organiseret så det er muligt at passe skolegang/ arbejde sideløbende.

I efteråret 2022 vil atelieret arbejde med forskellige udstillinger og udsmykninger, bl.a. en udstilling på Copenhagen Contemporary ( november ) og en udstilling på EMST, det græske nationalmuseum( januar).

I perioden vil vi arbejde med træ, keramik, plast, gips, silikone, tekstil og måske også noget bronzestøbning, og sikkert en masse andre materialer.

Vi er en mindre virksomhed, til dagligt er Hannah på atelieret sammen med forskellige deltidsansatte. Derudover kommer der periodevist specialister i specifikke materialer og andre medarbejdere, når vi har større opgaver.


Værkstedet ligger i Hvalsø, 5 minutters gang fra stationen. Arbejdstiden er fleksibel men typisk mellem kl.10 - 16. Transport betales af praktikpladsen.

Arbejdspladsen består af en stor produktionshal hvor vi arbejder med de tunge og store materialer, og et kontor/atelier-lokale til tekstil, computerarbejde mm. samt et lille køkken.

Som praktikant kommer du til at stifte bekendskab med div. materialer og processer: Baggrunds- research, modelbygning, udformning af værker, installering, billedopsætning til ansøgninger osv. Vi planlægger forløbet både efter dine interesser, og hvad der er brug for på atelieret.

Arbejdspladsen er feministisk funderet, forstået på den måde at vi efterstræber en ligeværdig og inkluderende arbejdskultur. Praktikanter af et hvert køn er velkomne til at søge. Arbejdet organiseres fleksibelt, så det både passer rytmen på atelieret og på din uddannelse.

I din ansøgning må du meget gerne skrive hvilke materialer du har arbejdet med, hvilke programer (fx. photoshop, Illustrator osv.) du har kendskab til, om du har arbejdet med div. håndværktøj. Som udgangspunkt ligger praktikperioden fra over minimum en periode på 3 måneder. Men du er altid velkommen til at kontakte os.

Internship with visual artist Hannah Toticki, autumn 2022

Danish Artist Hannah Toticki graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen in 2016 and works with sculpture, installation and performance. See more at totickistudio.net

The internship is full-time, flexibly organized so that it is possible to attend school / work in parallel. In the autumn of 2022, the studio will work with various projects, including an exhibition at Copenhagen Contemporary (November) and an exhibition at EMST, the Greek National Museum (January).

During the period we will work with wood, ceramics, plastic, plaster, silicone, textiles and maybe also bronze casting, and probably a lot of other materials.

We are a small company. On a daily basis Hannah is in the studio with various part-time employees. In addition, there are periodically specialists in specific materials and other employees when we’re working on larger projects. The workshop is located in Hvalsø, a 5 minutes walk from the station. Working hours are flexible but typically between 10 am and 4 pm. Transport is paid by the internship.

The workplace consists of a large production hall, where we work with the heavy and large materials, and an office / studio room for textiles, computer work etc. as well as a small kitchen. As an intern, you will become familiar with a variety of materials and processes: Background research, model building, design of works, installation, image setup for applications, etc. We plan the course both according to your interests and what is needed in the studio.

The workplace is feminist-based, understood in the sense that we strive for an equal and inclusive work culture. Interns of each gender are welcome to apply. The work is organized flexibly so that it suits both the rhythm of the studio and your education/ work.
