ferm LIVING is a Danish design company founded in 2006 by our Creative Director, Trine Andersen. From our home in Copenhagen, we work with artisans around the world, fusing our Scandinavian mindset with global skills and traditions. Our collections are defined by soft forms, rich textures and curious details that let you create composed atmospheres with a touch of the unexpected.

What you´ll be doing
Your primary responsibility will be project management of catalogue and product launches in close collaboration with the Product Management and Marketing team, including keeping track of time and production schedules, for the various departments. Execute the marketing plan in terms of content from the Marketing team and deliver and coordinate this with E-commerce and B2B Sales. Coordinate fairs, photo shoots, pack shots and act as a single point of contact for all incoming tasks such as job advertisements, sales material etc. and drive the execution of same from our management tool, Asana.

You will work in cross-functional teams with E-commerce, B2B Sales, Product Management & PR, as well as other stakeholders within the organization.

• Aligning and follow up on the marketing plan with the Marketing team
• Daily project and task management
• Project management at collection launches with E-commerce and Sales
• Marketing toolbox for retail partners
• Coordinating Marketing events (such as 3DaysofDesign) with Sales & PR
• Handling of all print production
• Contact to external partners, e.g., printing companies, agencies etc.
• Structure of meetings - agenda, minutes, deliverables
• Structure marketing plan/calendar, update and maintain

The position is based at ferm LIVING HQ in Copenhagen and reports to the Head of Marketing & PR.

What we´re looking for
You are an experienced and ambitious person with strong project management skills. You work efficiently in a collaborative, cross- functional environment, where we value initiative and proactiveness.
You have a positive attitude towards new challenges and are good at communicating constructively with your surroundings - also under the pressure of tight deadlines.
You are result-oriented and have a hands-on approach as well as being outgoing and a great relationship builder.

• Min. 3-5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or project manager role
• Outgoing, trustworthy and reliable with a can-do attitude
• Strong relationship building skills - both externally and internally
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Asana is an advantage
• A trained eye for detail and excellent organisational and analytical skills
• Self-driven but also a team player

Since you will be part of an international company with a global network, it is important that you are fluent in English.

You might also have?
A background in the furniture or fashion industry or other high-end products, relevant commercial education, understanding of what it means to be a brand ambassador.
