Are you passionate about social media and content creation? We’re looking for a new Social Media Manager to help us tell the most exciting design and innovation stories. You'll join an agile communication team to work on a wide variety of interesting projects, from concept development right through to final production.

The job will include, but not be limited to:
- Writing social media copy, articles and newsletters, in line with our tone of voice, that resonate with our following
- Managing our social media channels including publishing, follower engagement and insights
- Developing strategies to optimise our online performance and activate our networks
- Managing our in-flow of nominations for Index Award 2023, including our international team of Design Spotters
- Help plan and execute digital and physical events for our local and global communities.

Ideally, you:
- Have a background in digital/social media and experience with managing a wide variety of channels
- Are a passionate communicator with a creative mindset able to dynamically manage content
- Have experience with publishing programmes such as WordPress - creative programmes like Figma, the Adobe Creative Suite etc.
- Thrive on engaging, encouraging and building online and physical communities;
- Take plenty of initiative and are curious about exploring ways to grow our reach and impact.
