To maintain the reflective and well-oiled machine that is the ever-growing development team, there is a need for a person who has the practical and personal well-being of the employees in mind on a day-to-day basis, being able to create a significant and positive atmosphere in the department.

This person will also offload many administrative tasks that would elsewise fall to the Director or team leads.
We seek skilled people regardless of seniority, but we need you to have experience structuring creative environments and multi-disciplinary teams and creating flow and harmony in a hectic scheduled work environment.

You will work in Google suite for calendars, conference meetings, mail, etc. Task management is handled in Asana, and for Team Cadence overview, it is Instagantt.

Responsible for:
Improving the work environment of the Camera Development Team, consisting of 25 full-time Engineers, Designers & Developers. We are trying to create Denmark’s best Innovation Team, and we need the environment to allow for that by being inclusive, creative, inspiring, and efficient
Solving various tasks to create flow in the team by implementing new procedural measures
No day will be the same. Sometimes the tasks will be practical, and you will have to grab a screwdriver and prepare to do good work.
Administration of employees in the team, on and off-boarding
Updating and maintaining the internal systems like coordinating a team cadence timeline, g-suite, Asana, etc.
Administrative and project management tasks between the three teams in the department
Planning and execution of team events and team-building activities
Setting up team meetings and supporting team-process development initiatives (such as OKR days)
General support for the Director of Camera Development (presentations, budget-tracking, reporting & others)
Calendar management on behalf of the team and director
We are looking for a problem solver with a pragmatic, well-structured, and systematic approach. Both with regards to own tasks and on behalf of the team/department.

It is important to be empathic and an innovative team-oriented person, able to identify and scope relevant tasks individually, and feel in flow when handling many functions and relating tasks simultaneously.
On the young, creative, friendly, progressive, and respectful team, you will find every type of profession central to developing a complicated IoT product from start to finish.

You will work closely with Anton Gustavson - Director of Camera Development, Toby Keating - Agile Team lead, and Anna Kjeldsen - Office manager.

This is a Maternity leave cover for 8-10 months with a preferred starting date on the 1st of February.
