I am looking for a person to share my workshop with. The space is light and equipped to create jewellery. The room is approximately 15m2 and it contains a smaller room where the polishing machine is placed.
What I offer is:
-a place in a creative cooperative in Kødbyen
- workbench with light and stool
-big desk to write or design at
-brand new polishing machine
-smaller jewellery tools if needed
-safe
-printer
-storage space
-coffee machine:)

I am interested in sharing my space with someone who has a general knowledge about jewellery tools and able to work independently.
As I am going to be a full time student, I will be in the workshop for a very limited period of time.
The space is available from 1. August or a bit earlier if needed.
Rent / month: 1600.-
2 month deposit: 3200.-
Key deposit ( one for the main door, one for the safe) in total: 1000.-
Rent is always paid in the first day of the month.
