Small room in cozy studio is up for rent.
I am renting out this small space my bigger studiospace. The space is 5 m x 1,5 m, has small window, door to close/lock, common bathroom & kitchen.
The whole space is being shared by:
- 2 smaller design companies
- 1 student
- 1 freelance designer
But you will have your own space.

The rent is fixed with no add on.
Should include wifi :-)

The studio space is vacant from 1st September.
