We are a collective of three artists; two painters and a jewelry designer, who share a spacious studio located in Vesterbro on Eskildsgade street. Each of us enjoys the privilege of having our own individual room with a private entrance and a large window overlooking the street.
Currently, we are on the lookout for one or two individuals interested in sharing a separate room, available at the rate of 4,100 DKK per month. Alternatively, we offer two tables in a good sized back room with big windows to the garden for those seeking a workspace, priced at 2,000 DKK per month. The setup also allows for the possibility of keeping the door open for external visitors to explore and purchase your creations.
Our studio offers a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom facilities, and a backyard with a private area exclusively for our use. The total area of the space is 137 square meters, and the available room measures approximately 3.2m x 3.1m.
Pricing details are as follows:
Individual Room: 4,100 DKK per month (with a deposit of 12,300 DKK)
Table in Open Space: 2,000 DKK per month (with a deposit of 6,000 DKK)
Kindly note that a notice period of three months is required in case you decide to vacate the studio.
