There is lovely natural light, and also daylight LED ceiling lamps that allow great light for working in the evenings.
There is also a sink.

The space is suitable for an artist / creative if that's what you are looking for. Otherwise general office use works too.

The monthly rent covers general electricity, heating, and moms.

You will also have access to the toilet and communal kitchen in the building.
